福建省漳州市對外貿易有限責任公司是綜合性的、國營的對外貿易公司，是中國（福建）對外貿易中心集團全資子公司，隸屬福建省國資委。公司成立于1988年，注冊資本為4133.1萬元，下設董事長辦公室、總經理辦公室、財務部、單證部、進出口一、六、八、綜合部，下屬公司有儲運公司。

公司一貫堅持“誠信務實、共識雙贏、穩定發展”的經營理念，不斷完善管理機制，已通過ISO9001：2008國際質量管理體系認證、ISO14001：2004國際環境管理體系認證、OHSAS18001：2007國際職業健康安全管理體系認證。2017年納稅金額達1000多萬元，榮獲漳州市薌城區經濟建設貢獻獎；2018年6月被省國資委評為“省屬企業先進基層黨組織”；被漳州市政府授予“2016—2017年度守合同重信用單位”榮譽稱號。

進口木材是該公司的主要經營產品之一，主要經營新西蘭材、北美材、歐州材，分別從新西蘭、澳大利亞、美國、德國、羅馬尼亞、加拿大、烏克蘭、法國、比利時等國家和地區進口各類原木，2019年進口木材數量達到160萬立方米。到貨港口主要有：福建漳州港、青島港、天津港、山東嵐山港、蓬萊港、連云港。國內客戶遍及福建、廣東、 江蘇、山東、浙江、湖北、安徽等國內主要原木加工區和消費區。經過不斷的培育和發展壯大，目前，進口木材業務已成為公司的品牌商品、拳頭產品，穩居國內進口木材的前六位。

出口業務是公司的傳統業務，出口產品大多為漳州本地區生產的鋼管家具、石英鐘表、青梅、罐頭食品等。

Fujian Zhangzhou Foreign Trade CO., LTD is a state-owned foreign trade company that operates a comprehensive range of businesses，wholly-owned subsidiary of China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings) and affiliated to State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of Fujian Province. The company was founded in 1988 with a registered capital of RMB41,331,000. The company owns Chairman Office, General Manager Office, Finance Department, Document Operation Department and four Import & Export Divisions, with one subordinate company — Storage & Transportation Company.

Consistently adhered to the principle of equality and mutual benefit, the company has made great progressin improving the management mechanisms and obtained the Certifications of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System andISO18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. In 2017, the tax amount reached more than 10 million yuan, and won the economic construction contribution award of zhangzhou xiangcheng district; In 2018, it was rated as "the Exemplary Primary Party Organization of Provincial Enterprises" by the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of Fujian Province. Timber import is one of the major businesses of the company, and is primarily sourced from three regions – the Pacific, North America and Europe. Specifically, the timber comes from the likes of New Zealand, Australia, USA, Germany, Romania, Canada, Ukraine, France and Belgium. In 2019 alone, the volume of logs import reached up to 1.6 million cubic meters. The timber is then delivered to ports in Fujian Province (Zhangzhou, Qingdao, Tianjin) and Shandong Province (Lanshan, Penglai, Lianyun). Customer accounts span the provinces of Fujian, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hubei and Anhui - provinces that have the greatest demand for timber. After continuous cultivation and development, at present, the import of wood business has become the company's brand goods and competitive products, steadily ranked the top six in China.

The company’s business is traditionally in export, primarily being the export of Zhangzhou’s locally made products such as steel furniture, watches and canned food.

In recent years, the company has strived to establish a quality trade and service platform. With the support of the Zhangzhou Municipal Government and relevant authorities, in 2017, the company has become the fifth one to obtain Advanced Customs Certification in Zhangzhou Customs Area, and as a result, ease of customs clearance for company imports and exports. The company also enjoys preferential status in other areas such as banking, credit insurance, foreign currency and tax rebate schemes.
